that present with the same dedication and resolve for excellence.
The CEO/Program Director is Sam Foggie, Jr., LPC, LCADC, NCAC,
and a licensed professional and clinical substance abuse counselor.
He has more than 15 years of clinical practice and extensive
training experience.
